Western Colorado Buyer Brokers is a Pagosa Springs real estate broker/agency that can act as a buyer broker. When you sign our Buyer Agency contract our fiduciary duties are to you the Buyer. Western Colorado Buyer Brokers acts on your behalf to insure your interests are represented at all times.

Here in beautiful Southwestern Colorado we have over 3 million acres of National Forest and Wilderness. Two major rivers run in and around Pagosa Springs with over 20 lakes to fish,  hike, canoe or just enjoy. The color changes run between September and October with colors ranging from bright reds and breath taking yellows. Winter months gives us more fresh snow then anywhere else in Colorado, powder skiing is fantastic!  In the spring you can ski in shorts, then play 18 holes of golf that afternoon. Summer is the reason everyone comes to Pagosa, we average over 340 days of sun shine with the average temperature running into the 70 degree range. With all four seasons there are no extremes; for any given length of time, summer is never to hot and winters never to cold . Mild weather and beautiful seasons and the snow capped Continental Divide in Fall give Pagosa Springs to be one of the fasts growing cities in Colorado, if not the United States.

Pagosa Springs is in Archuleta County in the southwest part of Colorado. We are about 180 miles from Santa Fe, New Mexico and about 235 to Albuquerque. Denver is about a five hour drive with Telluride, CO. being about 2.5 hours. Taos, New Mexico is only 2.5 to 3 hours depending on how you drive. Durango is only 60 miles which has the Silverton train and Purgatory ski area.
